Refund Policy
We are absolutely sure of the quality of our products and for this reason we are happy to offer a TOTAL refund guarantee if the product does not comply with the characteristics presented and a 10-day guarantee for any problem that the ordered product may present.
Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of your order. If it has passed, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund and/or exchange.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was received and must be contained in our original packaging, necessarily presenting a proof of purchase.
If the product arrives damaged, a full refund of the purchase is expected.
We do not offer returns in case the customer has changed his mind about the order, as the same guarantee is offered up to 6 hours after purchasing the product.
We do not offer returns for late deliveries. However, our guarantee does of course cover the case where the product is not received within 30 days of ordering.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or deny your refund request.
If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank as there is often a processing time before a refund is displayed. Shipping:
We suggest that you notify us by email before shipping your order for refund/return.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £49.90 you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
